Lodge finance

Lodge payments that stay connected to the member and meeting.

Collect dining fees and annual subscriptions through the lodge’s own Stripe account while the treasurer retains a clear operational view.

Why it matters

A bank payment is not a complete record until the committee knows who and what it belongs to.

References, screenshots and separate payment lists create avoidable reconciliation work. Lodge Dashboard presents payment at the appropriate point in the member journey and keeps its status attached to the booking or subscription that created it. Funds settle through the lodge's own Stripe account; Lodge Dashboard does not hold lodge money.

01

Matched event fees

Dining payments remain connected to the member, visitor and meeting booking.

02

Clear subscriptions

Track annual subscriptions paid in one go or through the available monthly arrangement.

03

Direct settlement

Payments move through the lodge's own Stripe account to its bank account.

The working sequence

From setup to a dependable record.

Each step uses the information already collected by the last, keeping the lodge's operational view current without another hand-built list.

  1. 01

    Set up Stripe

An Admin or Secretary creates the lodge's own Stripe account and completes Stripe's verification.

  2. 02

    Set the amount

Add a festive-board price or define the lodge's annual subscription arrangement.

  3. 03

    Member authorises payment

The member pays on Stripe's secure page at the relevant point, by a method the lodge has switched on.

  4. 04

    Track the status

The treasurer sees payment against the correct booking or subscription without matching a separate list.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Does Lodge Dashboard hold lodge funds?

No. The lodge has its own Stripe account and funds settle through that account to the lodge's bank. Lodge Dashboard records and matches the operational status.

Can it collect both dining fees and annual subscriptions?

Yes. The product supports festive-board event fees as well as annual subscriptions, including the available one-off or monthly arrangements.

Who pays the Stripe fee?

The lodge. Members pay the advertised price for subscriptions and festive boards, and Stripe takes its fee from the lodge's payment. A lodge that wants members to cover it can raise its price.
